One of my goals that I stated when I first joined Zaadz is to Be Present and learn how to just be when I am talking to others, or working on a project... by that I mean being what I am working on.
It has given me many challenges with my mind flitting from here to there and I still have not managed to be fully present, in converstaions mainly. I'm not sure why it is that I cannot be still and enjoy being with just that person in a one on one.
Now I am not making excuses here as that is a cop out. I am just writing down my thoughts as they come to me as I'm sure that this will help me in achieving that goal. So here goes my thoughts.
The fact that my roles in life include being a mother, wife, housekeeper, finance manager, travel agent, taxi driver, family assistant, writer, business woman, virtual assistant, forum administrator, volunteer for charities, help others in giving good karma to their online work, student, teacher, and I am sure there are others that do not come to mind right now, all have a say in what or where my focus should be.
Focusing on one thing at one time doesn't seem possible for me. Perhaps instead of doing many things at once, doing one thing well and then moving onto the next task can draw me closer to being present as I see it.
Your assistance is welcomed if you have some ideas or ways to help me get closer to achieving this goal. How have you managed to Be Present and what are your thougths on this?

The best job in the world would have to be one where you can give more value than what your clients pay for in cash. To be able to give more value for your services and at the same time really enjoy what you do would be really awesome. That aside from being a mother :)

Being in a state of gratitude is wonderful... I am grateful for the sun that rises every morning to give me a new day... I am grateful for my loving supportive partner and the stability he provides in my life... I am grateful for my daughters Isabella and Nelly who never let me sit still for more than five minutes when they are around... I am grateful for life's little pleasures like a warm smile and a friendly note... I am grateful to be me...
Bless
